To qualify for a kinetic hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, completely free of cosmetic scuffs, skin oils, or sweat marks, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory user documentation, interior protective bags, and safety engineering seals entirely untampered.
